Overview

Marion Cels is a Conveyancer and Senior Paralegal at Maeve O’Brien & Associates. Marion works in the areas of Conveyancing and Wills & Estates under the supervision of Melissa Lee.

Having over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession, Marion’s knowledge and skill sets are invaluable to all aspects of her work. Marion is highly personable, professional and compassionate towards our clients.

Areas of expertise

As a conveyancer, Marion has experience acting for both vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants in private sale and auctions transactions. She also assists with off-the-plan transactions, commercial transactions, and contract reviews.

Marion also assists clients with estate planning and estate administration matters including Wills and Powers of Attorney, and applications for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.

Recognition

Marion was awarded an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (Vic) from Melbourne Polytechnic (Preston). She is also a qualified Justice of the Peace in Queensland.

Away from the office, Marion enjoys spending time with family and taking cruise ship holidays. She also loves a good jigsaw.
